É simples:

A vono encaminha o número que o chamador discou através do Caller ID (CID)

Ou seja, se seu telefone é o 11 3333 3333 é só criar uma rota entrante onde, no campo CID, ele tenha o seguinte:

1133333333

E colocar como destino o ramal/ura/fila/oquevocequiser
