Kernel panic - VB6060-PCI

Pessoal,


Utilizo uma VB6060-PCI em servidor HP ML110 com sucesso, porém tenho intenção de migrar Asterisk para uma máquina mais veloz, o novo servidor é dotado de uma placa mãe Intel Server Board S3000AH. Instalei a mesma distribuição (Red Hat Enterprise 4) no novo servidor compilei com sucesso a Voicerlib 4.0.8 e Channel Driver para Asterisk 0.8. Ao subir o Asterisk ou usar o utilitário vlib_diag ganho um kernel panic. A placa não está com defeito, no servidor HP funciona perfeitamente. Como devo proceder?

Olá!

Poste o dmesg do seu computador.
Verifique se há conflitos de IRQ no computador.

Acabei desistindo de usar o outro servidor. Preferi continuar com o HP. No precisei reinstalar o servidor HP e o comportamento da placa é o mesmo descrito no post anterior (a placa não foi usada neste período). O servidor HP trata-se de um ML110, com pentium 4 de 3,20 GHz com Red Hat ES 4. Abaixo o dmesg desta máquina:

Tenho tido problemas de kernel panic em uma máquina em que instalei duas VB6060PCI, o asterisk as reconhece normalmente, eu as uso normalmente, mas qdo vou usar os utilitários dglist, dgr2loop, etc, obtenho um kernel panic. Essa máquina ainda está em testes, mas me preocupo em qdo for colocá-la pra funcionar definitivamente, acabar dando algum problema.

Por favor atualizem para as versões mais recentes de voicerlib e channel driver para ver se resolve.
