Pessoal é o seguinte , o Meucci Be nao funciona o tronco sip, ele tem um arquivo a mais que é o sip_registration.conf, onde fica a linha de registro do sip, mas nao funciona, se escrever essa linha no sip_adtional.conf , funciona, mas qualquer coisa se vc faça na interface grafica do meucci ele apaga essa linha

Inclua no arquivo "sip.conf" o parametro "#include sip_registrations.conf"
Ex:

Estou com esse mesmo problema, eu configuro na interface a linha SIP, mas não aparece ela qdo dou o comando " sip show peers", e vefifiquei no arquivo sip.conf e consta a linha que você citou, veja como estão os dados abaixo:

jptelecom primeiramente tente ver se o seu meucci está realmente gravando os canais no sip_registrations.conf, veja se o campo "Campo de Registro" está igual ao que deveria aparecer no sip_registrations.conf.

usuário:senha@prestadora voip
No sip_registrations.conf deverá aparecer
register=usuário:senha@prestadora voip
Como fornecido pela prestadora VoIP.
Caso esteja dessa forma, você poderá optar em colocar essa configuração dentro do sip_registrations_custom.conf, arquivos "custom" não são sobrepostos, porém o reload deverá ser efetuado direto no Asterisk CLI.
